The Empowered Retreat: Wellness in the Desert
**Booking Details for The Empowered Reset: Wellness in the Desert**
To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required, or you can choose to pay in full. Payment options are as follows:
- **Canadian Payments**: E-transfer to ejohnstone@shaw.ca
- **US Payments**: Cheque or cash only
**Payment Schedule:**
- **January 1, 2025**: $1,000 (First payment)
- **April 15, 2025**: $1,000 (Second payment)
- **September 15, 2025**: Final balance due
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a waiver and links to additional information.
**Terms & Conditions:**
A non-refundable $500 deposit (in US or Canadian funds) is required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied to your total retreat cost. Following the deposit, there will be three additional payments, and **all payments are non-refundable**.
We require **trip insurance**, which must be purchased at the time of your deposit to protect your investment in case of any unforeseen changes. If trip insurance is not purchased and you are unable to attend for any reason, your payments will be forfeited.
We are offering flexibility, allowing you to transfer your deposit and payments to someone else up until **October 1, 2025**, when final details must be confirmed with the resort.
