Erin and Kim both share a deep passion for yoga, embracing a holistic approach while each bringing their own unique personalities and strengths to their teaching.  

Erin's focus on power, stability and balance complements Kim's nurturing of both the body and the mind.

Together they create a diverse yoga experience that caters to a wide range of students, fostering physical strength, mental clarity, emotional well being, and spiritual growth in their classes.

ERIN JOHNSTONE

Erin is a dedicated yoga instructor holding a 200-hour RYT certification, along with additional  certifications as life coach, personal trainer, nutrition consultant, and active ageing specialist.  Her passion for yoga has driven her to pursue a 500-hour holistic yoga teacher certification.  Erin's teaching style emphasizers power, stability, and balance challenging students not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Her holistic approach integrates mental, emotional and physical strength with spiritual well being, aiming to enrich her students' overall wellness and resilience.

KIM FRANCIS

Co Wellness Director, Yoga Instructor

Kim is a seasoned instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Her yoga journey began with a deep passion which has flourished over the years.  Kim holds a 200-hour RYT certification and is informed by her extensive background, offering students not only physical guidance but also a mindful and spiritual connection to their practice.  Kim has acquired  additional training in yin yoga, advanced sequencing and hands on assists, reflecting on her commitment to a holistic approach.  Her classes are designed to nurture both the body and the mind creating a supportive environment where students can explore and deepen their yoga journey
